Cancellation & Refund Policy

Contest Cancellation by Users:

User-Initiated Contest Cancellation: Users have the option to cancel their participation in a contest before the contest entry deadline. If you choose to cancel your participation, the following rules will apply:

Cancellation before the contest entry deadline: You will receive a full refund of the entry fee in your My11fighters account balance or original payment method, as per your choice.

Cancellation after the contest entry deadline: No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the contest entry deadline.

Cancellation Due to Incomplete Contest: If a contest does not fill the required number of participants before the contest entry deadline, it may be canceled automatically. In such cases, the entry fees will be refunded to the users' My11fighter account balance, and they will be notified via email.

Contest Cancellation by My11fighters:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues that affect a contest's integrity, My11fighters reserves the right to cancel a contest. If a contest is canceled by My11fighters, the following rules will apply:

Full Refund: Users will receive a full refund of the entry fee in their My11fighters account balance or original payment method, as per their choice.

Refund Process:

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be provided in the cases mentioned in sections 1 and 2 of this policy.

Refund Request: To request a refund, users must submit a refund request within [number of days] from the date of contest cancellation or user-initiated contest cancellation.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within [number of days] from the date of receiving a valid refund request. The processing time may vary based on the payment method and financial institution.
